Introduction

I am an avid learner of the neurobiology of trauma. In addition to one-on-one therapy sessions, I also offer in-depth groups for those seeking help after trauma. I use psychotherapeutic techniques, faith-based therapy, life and business coaching, and neurolinguistic programming to provide a life-long holistic change in any lifestyle. As a former foster child and sex trafficking survivor, I am empathetic toward adopted individuals, current or former foster children, and survivors of sexual exploitation. My dream is to see each of my clients discover their purpose, restore their identity, and heal from past pain. Over the past 7 years, the coaching and care I’ve provided to my clients has impacted their lives, their family systems, and their future. I provide Biblical counseling and mental health coaching from an authentic, yet nurturing perspective. I keep it real and help propel people to greatness through connection and individualization. I use my diverse legal, theological, and mental health background to help my clients go from hurt to whole. I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD, premarital/marital counseling, purpose coaching, parenting, and trauma-informed healing. I am also an LGBTQIA+ ally.
