Hello! I am currently offering Telehealth and phone sessions. Are you interested in personal growth and healing? I believe one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is having the courage to look inward, while being compassionate with yourself so you can begin to move forward. I have been working with people for over 20 years towards (re)gaining mental and physical health through lifestyle approaches to wellness. I offer a research-based holistic approach, which looks at the whole person, while also integrating various therapeutic techniques to help you reach the deepest healing possible. One of the pillars of my practice is health promotion and prevention of illness, focusing on wellness, as opposed to disease management. I offer you safety and insight as you explore your issues. We work together to create a treatment plan and I meet you wherever you are at. This is about YOU! I provide a warm and nurturing, non- judgmental space that will enable you to explore and work on your goals. You will learn to reframe unhealthy ways of thinking, and find joy in your life! Through our work together, we will create a self care toolbox, empowering and allowing you to navigate life’s ongoing challenges.
