Introduction

Finding a therapist who is both the right fit and accessible is hard! You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disoriented, or skeptical about the counseling process. I am passionate about incorporating multicultural values and demystifying the therapeutic process so that you can direct your own healing process. I use person-centered therapy and draw from cognitive-behavioral and postmodern approaches. I care about providing the right mixture of evidence-based treatments and human connection for a variety of anxiety and depressive disorders and OCD, as well as relationship, spiritual, and stage of life issues. I want my clients to feel validated, understood, and empowered. I worked in ministry with college students for ten years and can provide Christian counseling upon request. I have special interest in serving those who have experienced religious or spiritual deconstruction, trauma, or burnout. Email me to schedule or with questions!
