I love working with individuals, couples, and other adult family systems to find and encourage strengths, create concrete and practical habits to reach your goals, and improve conflict resolution strategies in your relationships. I value self-compassion, authenticity, and humor, and my therapeutic approach is collaborative, working together to find solutions that are going to work best for YOU. I enjoy using therapy modalities like solution-focused therapy and the Gottman method, although I like to pull from a range of theories depending on your needs and goals.
