Introduction

My name is Ellen Washenberger. I have 20 years of providing therapy and mental health treatment in a variety of settings both inpatient and outpatient. Throughout my experience the most important task is to partner with others to help them begin a journey to relieve any trauma and pain that is holding them back from reaching their true potential. Life is full of changes, but learning to navigate these can be the difference between living with past regrets or closing the book and beginning a new chapter.
