Introduction

Ellie is the owner of Aquarius Therapy, PLLC. I am a licensed therapist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). My focus is on empowering women who struggle with healing from loss, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and feelings of inadequacy to rediscover their inner strength and live authentically. Having personally experienced the challenges of loss, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, I bring a unique blend of empathy and understanding to my practice. With a compassionate, and integrative approach, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your deepest fears and insecurities. Through ACT, I will help you embrace your thoughts and feelings without judgment, fostering flexibility and commitment to your values. Existential Therapy will allow us to delve into the core of your identity and life purpose, addressing the fundamental questions of existence and meaning. AEDP facilitates emotional processing and healing, helping you connect with your core self and build resilience. Together, we will work on breaking free from the constraints of perfectionism and people-pleasing, nurturing self-acceptance, and cultivating a strong sense of self-worth. My goal is to guide you toward a more balanced, fulfilling life, where you can thrive with confidence and authenticity and learn how to set healthy boundaries in your interpersonal relationships. Let's embark on this transformative journey together. Reach out today to start your path to healing and self-discovery. Schedule a free consultation today!
