Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is experienced in treating individuals with PTSD, grief and loss, depression, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I work with individuals struggling with body image, self-confidence/self-worth, and binge eating disorders. I also have experience working with first responders and healthcare workers and the high stress those occupations can have. I use a combination of approaches to meet the client's current needs to help slow things down and become more intentional. Some therapeutic techniques I utilize include CBT, DBT, REBT, solution focused therapy, and internal family systems therapy. I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are at with a person centered approach. I would love to be able to provide a supportive space and guidance to move through difficult stages and help you live a more intentional and fulfilling life. Please feel free to contact me via phone or email to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
