Ellen Hartwick

Psychotherapist Ellen Hartwick, LCSW
Specialties: Trauma, Family Conflict, Parenting, LGBTQIA+, Anxiety,

Introduction

I cultivate a heart space that is a beat slower than everyday life. Our space together will focus on making meaning of what is burdensome, shift what feels heavy, and turn what is oppressive on its side. I specialize in supporting children, youth, parents and families dealing with stress, change, transition, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approaches are most aligned with humanistic, trauma-informed, feminist, somatic, family play, mindfulness attachment-based, and narrative practices. I am passionate about supporting families and working with people navigating transition and healing from trauma. As a white cisgender woman, I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ community.
