Hi there! I'm so glad you are here - I know the courage it took to get here. During sessions, my client’s strengthen their intimate understanding of how their mind and body manage and cope with stressors of daily life, both past and present through compassionate exploration and understanding. They continue on to nourish effective and attainable coping skills, lifestyles, and relationships. I encourage deep exploration and gentle understanding so that we may use this as a map for healing, growth, and flourishing success in any area of life. Since 2010, I've gathered experience and knowledge in an assortment of areas, including mindful awareness, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for families and couples, and Brainspotting.
