Let's begin to unpack your journey together and discover new paths that are aligned with your goals. I am passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health. My background is in trauma, substance use, and crisis intervention. I believe in using trauma-informed, evidence-based solutions sprinkled in with some humor and tough love. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is similar to EMDR and other reprocessing therapies.
