I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere that is built on genuine, judgement-free perspective. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR therapy, an evidence based treatment for trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking a closer relationship with themselves and others. I offer a safe space for processing emotions, gaining insight into personal relationships, building confidence, communication, and navigating decisions.
