Introduction

I am interested in helping people connect to their creativity and aliveness through resolving trauma and opening up to supportive and connected energies available to everyone. I have been a licensed therapist in private practice since 2011. I focus on working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, neurodiversity, trauma, and attachment wounds. I am IFS Level 1 trained, and IFS is my primary treatment modality. I also offer EMDR, somatic, and humanistic/existential approaches.
