Introduction

Psychotherapy can be a challenging but rewarding process that can help you navigate difficult time periods and life transitions, explore blocks that may be holding you back, help you grow and transform personally, and ultimately live a life that has meaning for you. As a licensed counselor, I have years of experience and training with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, body image concerns, relationship challenges, defeating patterns of behavior, and issues that arise from shame and perfectionism. My role as a therapist is to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental and collaborative space for your exploration and growth, as I believe that you already have everything you need within you to heal and find your way. I am passionate about working with people who are committed to personal growth. My mission is to help my clients become better versions of themselves, to live meaningful and fulfilled lives, and to feel more empowered and free. Evening and weekend sessions are available.
