As a licensed counselor, I have years of experience and training with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, body image concerns, relationship challenges, defeating patterns of behavior, and issues that arise from shame and perfectionism. My role as a therapist is to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental and collaborative space for your exploration and growth, as I believe that you already have everything you need within you to heal and find your way. I am passionate about working with people who are committed to personal growth.
