I firmly believe that you know yourself better than anyone in this world. You live your life, feel your feelings, and encounter your consequences that feel both positive and negative. Often times there is a dilemma within oneself when it comes to the idea of change. We tend to lean towards old familiar belief systems even if those beliefs no longer offer us what we want in our lives. In order to change, we need momentum, and sometimes we just need a little help to get us started. That is exactly what our work will touch on. We will explore and be curious about old belief systems and patterns that once felt helpful but now leave you feeling stuck. We will learn resources to help support yourself throughout your change process. And we will create a space in your life to build new belief systems that you want to cultivate for yourself moving forward. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they find their own empowered self and become more curious throughout the process in order to reach their short and long-term goals.
