I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate licensed by the state of North Carolina. Committed to working with those struggling to find answers on their own, my work focuses on discovering ineffective behaviors, challenging erroneous belief systems and improving unhelpful habits. I also am passionate about working with those who are grieving - walking alongside those in pain to help them navigate unfamiliar territories.
