Introduction

Are you ready to heal and release? Do you have long held negative beliefs about self, long held patterns of behavior that no longer serve you, trauma, or things that happened in childhood that you want to address? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in the treatment of trauma. My approach blends the use of specific therapeutic skills, tools, and strategies with a deep curiosity around the origins of your concerns. I work from a toolbox of therapeutic strategies based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, brain-based therapy including EMDR and Brainspotting, Parts work, and Attachment- based therapy. Through a bottom-up approach (from the body to the logical thinking brain), I can help you make positive permanent change that will help you achieve your goals.
