Elizabeth received her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults navigating transitions, identity development, depression, and anxiety. Before becoming a therapist, Elizabeth was a classically trained dancer and obtained her 200-Hour Yoga Teaching Certification. Drawing from her background in movement, she integrates somatic and mind-body practices to support emotional regulation, resilience, and embodied healing. Elizabeth believes in a person-centered therapeutic approach and utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs.
