I have over 18 years experience working with children, families, and adults. I have worked across a variety of settings including hospitals, social service agencies, and community mental health centers. My approach is holistic and works with each individual's innate capacity to heal and cultivate joy. I believe therapy can be transforming for an individual. I incorporate a developmental, relational, and family systems approach to treat, resolve, and heal. I integrate somatic touch in my work with clients to help restore the mind-body balance and regulate the nervous system.
