Introduction

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. Let's get to know each other. I'm a licensed psychologist living in Salem, MA. I am licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and my home state of Arkansas. I have 15 years of education, training, and experience in university, community mental health, and outpatient settings. Prior to private practice, I worked as the Training Director and staff psychologist for universities in both Fayetteville, AR and Boston, MA. I work with clients who struggle to connect to their authentic selves, for one reason or another. Some of the factors that can contribute to feeling disconnected from ourselves include: discomfort with body shape and size, questions about gender or sexual orientation, identity questions, multicultural concerns, relationship issues, or major life transitions. When you entrust your healing to my care, it is my deepest hope to help you feel seen, accepted, and valued. My practice is rooted in values of compassion, justice, and empowerment. I believe deeply in the power of connection and relationship to help individuals move through their journey to their ideal self. I integrate principles of evidence-practice with body liberation and identity affirmation principles. If you think that we could work well together, I hope you will schedule a free initial consultation. I look forward to getting to know you!
