Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the owner of Nourish Wellness & Therapy, LLC. I specialize in supporting girls, teens, and women across the lifespan. The guiding principles in my therapy work include collaboration, empowerment, and growth. I provide support to help my clients nourish their relationship with themselves and their bodies. We can work to identify and grow your tools to be rooted in a happy and healthy future. I am a certified eating disorder specialist and provide support for eating disorders, body image concerns, low self esteem, and perfectionism. I also have training and experience to support mood and anxiety disorders in children, teens, and adults including the perinatal period.
