Introduction

If you ever find yourself asking “Who am I? What do I want? What do I need?” then you are not alone. Many of my clients struggle to answer these questions, and even more didn’t even know these were unanswered questions in their lives. Too often we try to give to others what we haven’t given ourselves, leaving us feeling even more disconnected from who we are. I love helping people to find themselves through the therapy process and explore parts of their lives they have never been empowered to explore. Using CBT, family systems, relational theories, and a trauma lens I help my clients to understand their family story in an effort to better understand the way they think, feel, and behave. I also have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing grief related to infant/child loss. Match is really important to me, so please reach out to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and we will decide together if I am able to meet your needs. Please see my list of accepted insurances below. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage and any fees you may owe related to behavioral health billing. All self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate so you can understand the cost of treatment. This estimate will include a treatment frequency that we have mutually agreed upon, service codes, diagnostic codes, and expected charges. The estimate and your actual charges may differ based on unexpected circumstances (i.e. late cancellations, additional support for crisis care, etc.). Self-pay clients are responsible for paying the invoice and seeking reimbursement through their respective insurance company using an invoice that I will provide to you.
