My approach is "You-Centered Care". With nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist, I collaborate with clients to set forth a path to your goals. I use a mix of emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies with an emphasis on positive and self psychologies. With ten years as a registered nurse, I am skilled in understanding the mind-body connection as well as counseling through medical and psychiatric needs.
