Introduction

I am accepting new United Healthcare, BCBS, and Out of Network Clients. My practice serves adults, children, and adolescents through telemental health. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, and cultures/ethnicities. I use evidence based practices such as ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy for Children (yes, we can do this virtually!) and Trauma work. My style is "real" and I don't know how else to be. Therapy can be uncomfortable and difficult, and is an investment in you. My therapeutic style is appreciated by many who appreciate my respectful, friendly, but straightforward approach.
