Introduction

Humility and warmth are important factors that contribute to the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to offer an environment in which my client's feel comfortable sharing their life experiences, challenges, and triumphs. I have been licensed and practicing for more than 10 years and enjoy helping people discover their whole self and the strengths that contribute to resilience and recovery. My specialties include helping teens and adults who experience stress, anxiety, low mood and poor motivation, relationship strain, with a particular focus on body and brain lifestyle changes. I have grown a niche in working with those who struggle with binge eating and other disordered eating patterns, poor body image, and poor relationship with food/dieting.
