Introduction

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker behind East to West Therapy. Reaching out for support takes courage—and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not quite yourself, you're not alone. I'm here to offer support in a way that feels real, respectful, and grounded in who you are. I bring a person-centered, strength-based approach to therapy, combined with evidence-based practices. I see you as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect, creating a space where you can be yourself without judgement. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Wheelock College of Education & Human Development (at Boston University). My background includes experience early intervention, child welfare, community mental health, and outpatient therapy across the lifespan. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, challenging family dynamics, and social or school-related stress. If any part of you is curious about what therapy might be like, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have the right words—just come as you are, and we’ll figure it out together.
