Introduction

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker behind East to West Therapy. I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults residing in the state of Oregon, through a secure telehealth platform. I use a strengths-based, solutions-focused approach in my work with each client, and tailor my approach to your unique needs. I utilize components of several evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solutions focused therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I believe that trust and collaboration are two primary components of a healthy and successful therapeutic relationship. I will work closely with you to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and fulfilled in our work together. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk with to process daily experiences, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards building upon your strengths, finding a sense of calm in the chaos, and build your confidence to cope with difficult emotions and experiences. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whenever you are ready to take the next step towards your wellness - please don't hesitate to reach out; I am here to help. https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/1374427
