Introduction

Hello and welcome! I am Elizabeth, a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety and burnout for professionals. I utilize an eclectic approach to tailor to your needs. Some of the interventions I may utilize are CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Having experienced mental health challenges personally and alongside close family members, I was determined to learn as much as I could to help others become empowered and take control over their situation. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from NC State University in 2016. Following graduation, I jumped right into the mental health field working with group practices and have been continuing to grow in my knowledge through continuing education courses. I recently decided to take the leap and start my own practice at the end of 2024. Have you experienced imposter syndrome, anxiety or burnout? You may struggle with perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries. You may find yourself emotionally exhausted or questioning your worth. You have a desire to reconnect with your purpose, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. You're ready to explore practical strategies for managing stress while fostering a healthier relationship with yourself and your work. If this resonates with you, schedule a 15-minute consultation with me. Taking a leap can feel uncomfortable and sometimes impossible! I am here to provide you with a non-judgmental space to make the process feel easier and help you to feel supported. As we work together, we will start with an introductory call to ensure a good fit. Once you commit, we will collaborate on an action plan tailored to your unique needs. I pledge to provide you my expertise along with empathy, compassion and space for you to feel welcome and supported. Together we'll navigate your challenges, and I'll equip you with the tools and strategies needed to overcome them. While I specialize in working with helping professionals, my expertise is not limited to them. If you are in need of support, please reach out and schedule a consultation today.
