Introduction

I created ENA Counseling to provide personalized care with the needed warmth and attention to help you on your journey, respecting you as your own person, and supporting you with your goals on your terms. My approach is collaborative, and I take great care in getting to know you and really listen. My counseling services may be a good fit for you if you are a resident of MN or MT and are looking to: create a more authentic and balanced path in life, learn more about yourself and mental health, improve your relationship with yourself and others, heal emotional wounds, and feel seen, understood, & supported. I have been described as having a warm, calming, gentle, and caring presence from many clients and people in my life. I've provided counseling/therapy in multiple settings such as in a rape and abuse crisis center, college community center, community mental health center, and private practice. I am very passionate about continuously learning new skills and tools, so that I can craft the counseling space into something helpful to you. I also do my best to really listen and get to know you, so we can navigate what you're needing in therapy and outside of therapy, together.
