Introduction

I am an individual and family therapist licensed in Missouri with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, body image/self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, trauma, ODD, and ADHD. I also work with clients who would like to improve their current lifestyle and enhance coping skills. My approach to therapy is client based and I take an individual approach based on the needs and wants of the client. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. When working with clients I combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, positive therapy, transpersonal theory, and aspects of IFS. If you are struggling or just looking to improve the quality of life feel free to reach out so that we can schedule an appointment. PLEASE NOTE: Now that most states have ended the Emergency Waiver to see out of state clients I am legally bound to only see client's physically present in Missouri at the time of our sessions. I look forward to meeting and working with you! "When you know yourself, you are empowered. When you accept yourself, you are invincible" ~ author unknown CLIENT REVIEWS Written on Aug 17, 2022 Very helpful and understanding Written on May 13, 2022 She's great. She's professional, but she talks to you like a friend would. She cares and her advice isn't just great advice, but her ability to flow with your emotions and thoughts is impeccable. She's a wonderful person and an excellent therapist. Written on May 12, 2022 Elizabeth has changed my life. I was terrified to start therapy and she’s made it so comfortable and over all a great experience. Written on May 11, 2022 Liz does great at listening and picking out the things that are worrisome the most. She nails the head at what usually is giving me the most mental blockage. Written on Apr 15, 2022 My therapist is the best Written on Apr 12, 2022 Liz has been the most amazing therapist I have ever gotten the opportunity to grow with. She truly takes her time to listen, process and approach every little detail of what is told to her. She addresses her client’s concerns in an extremely timely manner, and offers different forms of insight based on what is needed at the time. So far, she has been the only therapist that has been able to help me feel less alone. I plan to stay with her long term. I finally feel heard and helped.
