Introduction

Have you been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? If you are facing difficulties in your life that include trauma, family of origin stress, grief, chronic shame or low self-worth, you are not alone. Through therapy, my aim is to create an empathetic space that honors your culture, unique needs, and offers you a different relationship with your emotions.  I know from my own path towards mental wellness that sharing these tender parts of your life can feel vulnerable and risky. However, my goal is to build trust with you and provide a non-judgemental space where sharing your story brings relief, freedom, and acceptance.
