Introduction

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people who had experienced pain and heartaches just like me. I want you to know you are not alone or the only one who has struggled in life. I have a Christian background and I am passionate about helping others thrive and find healing from the pain and traumatic experiences life can bring. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR therapy in my therapy approach. I use these tools to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and beliefs to help you find a new way of seeing life and the world that will bring healing and transformation for years to come.
