Introduction

Each of us goes through a time in our lives when we feel that we are struggling. Whether it is pain from the past, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or just feeling like you need to find your path again, I am here to support you in your journey to wellness. I believe that unresolved experiences from our past can affect who we are and how we feel about the world today. Through positive change and self-reflective client-based work, you have the power to live a more fulfilling, healthy life. I am currently a master's student level intern attending Walden University to become a clinical mental health counselor. I describe myself as a client-centered, mindfulness-based counselor. Through creating a safe, trusting, and empathetic relationship with my clients, I am able to provide counseling to reach a positive place of wellness in your life. It is my belief that humans are equipped with inner strength, allowing us to work through difficulties in our lives if we choose to make changes. When you are ready to begin your counseling journey, I am here to walk the path with you.
