Elizabeth Manzetti
Introduction
Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor and she holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CPT, CNC). Elizabeth enjoys helping clients transform challenges into growth. She works with adults of all ages (especially college students) struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life changes. Elizabeth works from a holistic perspective, specializing in mental health, fitness, and nutrition and how these areas interconnect and influence each other. She operates under the style of Motivational Interviewing, and she utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing on reality therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existential therapy. * Please reach out via the contact form, which will be sent to our administrative staff.
