Introduction

I have a Person-Centered approach to counseling and often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based and Multicultural Counseling with clients. I have a special interest in personality assessments and have been studying Personality Typology Systems (such as Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, DISC and StrengthsFinder) for the past 10 years. I also enjoy utilizing creative interventions such as art therapy, play therapy, sandtray therapy and music therapy.
