Hi! I'm Elizabeth (she/her), a licensed therapist in Michigan and I'm glad you're here! I provide individual therapy for adults ready to change their relationship with stress/worry/anxiety, body image, disordered eating, addiction, and substance use. I provide LGBTQ+ & identity affirming care. WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CLIENT You'll find that I'm on your side, highlighting your strengths to help you cultivate a better relationship with yourself while making lasting change. We will work together to increase your awareness of the mind-body-emotion connection, strengthening your ability to pause & respond instead of automatically reacting. Through this process, you'll be able to root to your grounded self instead of being swept up in the chaos that life brings.
