Introduction

Elizabeth is neurodivergent-friendly, an LGBTQ+ ally, anti-racist, feminist, affirming, COVID-conscious, and pro-human rights.  She uses approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
