Introduction

I work with children, young adults, and families in Spanish or English. I am passionate about teaching clients how to improve their perspectives in life and recognize the positive qualities they hold within. I have learned from working with a variety of people that it is important to focus on the positive in therapy just as much as the obstacles and that each step a person takes is a representation of where they are in their journey. I use an integrative approach because I believe that each person carries their challenges differently and may benefit from a variety of interventions. My ideal client will have an idea of the problems that they would like to work in session and be an active participant in creating their goals.
