Introduction

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. If you’re feeling hesitant, you’re not alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, or just unsure of where to begin, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. At New Growth Therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and begin to create meaningful change. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing those “aha moments” — when things start to click and you begin to grow in ways that matter most to you. I work with pre-adolescents, adolescents, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I also support couples and families through periods of conflict or transition. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and create meaningful change. You know your story better than anyone — the pain, the strength, the moments no one sees. I’m here to walk beside you, help you make sense of it all, and uncover the resilience that’s already within you. You’re not alone in this. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and start again — when you’re ready.
