I have worked with a diverse range of clients dealing with trauma, parents navigating postpartum and parenting challenges, as well as anxiety, adjustment issues, and mood disorders. By drawing from psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused, attachment and family systems theory, I take a collaborative approach to empower individuals, couples and families to harness their strengths, promote emotional well-being and build resilience. With a strong foundation in infant and early childhood mental health and a background in child development, I support individuals and families re-establish healthy attachments and address generational trauma to break harmful cycles. Trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy I offer compassionate support to families impacted by trauma, helping parents use coregulation to navigate emotional dysregulation with their children.
