I received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University in 2019. I received clinical training in the treatment of eating disorders at the Renfrew Center of Baltimore and have continued to work with individuals on eating disorder recovery. I understand the unique needs of individuals with eating disorders and will work alongside you, your family, and other members of your treatment team as we walk together on your recovery journey. In addition to eating disorders, I enjoy working with those struggling with various mental health concerns, such as depressed mood, anxiety, and general life adjustment. I believe that everyone can benefit from the opportunity to discuss life’s many challenges and receive care and compassion as they work to create positive change in their lives. I integrate CBT, DBT, and interpersonal techniques in my approach to therapy, and believe that everyone has the ability to fully recover. I will work with you to develop and individualized treatment plan that best fits your unique goals for therapy. Making the choice to come to therapy is courageous. My goal is to provide a collaborative and open-minded space for my clients to grow.
