Introduction

Elizabeth is an EMDR trained therapist. She specializes in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and complex trauma (PTSD). Her approach is largely based on somatically influenced EMDR. However, she also incorporates other modalities as appropriate. Elizabeth works with individual clients over the age of eight, and couples all through a trauma informed and multicultural lens.
