I have experience working with spiritual beliefs and religious trauma, parenting through the lifespan, midlife identity shifts and relational concerns, including high conflict divorce. I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means I tailor my work to meet your unique situation. Family of origin, memories, relational patterns, and spiritual beliefs all play a part. Ultimately, you are the expert on your own life, so we'll collaborate to make a treatment plan that works for you. I came to mental health counseling through my work in the arts. I'm a parent and a working musician. I value creative expression, justice and equity, communication and belonging.
