I see people as unique and relational beings whose stories have been formed by the society they live in, the families they were raised by, and the stories they believe about themselves formed from their life experiences. My approach prioritizes curiosity and helping clients see a new perspective on the problem they are facing. I draw from both narrative and emotionally focused therapies. I am honored to work with folks of any gender expression, sexual orientation, relationship model, race, culture, religion, age, size, and differing ability.
