You are important; you can feel differently; you are not alone on this journey. Elizabeth Cestero, LCSW is the owner as well as a clinician at BMCS, LLC with over 15 years of clinical experience. She is a trauma informed therapist and uses a plethora of evidenced based modalities including EMDR and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). She also has a special interest working with adolescents and young adults. She enjoys helping this age group transition to the next phase of life. Women's issues are also a priority; including perinatal mental health treatment. Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT are also modalities utilized among others.
