Introduction

I started my therapeutic career twenty years ago, working predominately with childhood behavioral disorders and family communication patterns. For the first half of my career, I helped families and children learn to work together to improve executive functioning, behavior and interpersonal relationships. When I started my first private practice in Hawaii, 10 years ago, I decided to include adults in life transitions, emotional stress, relationship struggles or family discord. I found I loved couples, working together to build, maintain or reconnect in their relationship. I have developed a solution focused approach that is interactive and goal oriented working with your unique concerns. I provide support and practical feedback to assist you when you are struggling with personal life challenges and complex relationship issues.
