Introduction

In the heart of my work lies an understanding that healing is not about fixing but about reclaiming the wholeness that already exists within you. I’ve moved away from a pathologizing lens, embracing instead the complexity of the human experience. Here, the body is not just a vessel but a storyteller, holding within it the wisdom of lived experiences, traumas, and the myriad ways we’ve learned to survive. My approach is grounded in the belief that our parts—those aspects of ourselves that carry pain, fear, and even joy—are not problems to be solved but voices to be heard. Through the integration of body-focused practices and an exploration of these internal parts, we work together to bring what is fragmented back into harmony, creating space for your true self to emerge. In my practice, I draw from 15 years of experience in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. My work is informed by the teachings of Gabor Maté, Richard Schwartz, and Janina Fisher, who have shown me the power of holding space for all parts of the self. Here, we listen deeply to the messages of the body, understanding that medically unexplained symptoms are often the body’s way of speaking its truth. Therapeutic Approach: I offer a space where the body’s wisdom is central to the healing process. My methods go beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating somatic practices, internal parts work, and mindfulness to support your journey. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, trauma, or emotions that manifest physically, we will explore these experiences together, with respect and curiosity. With a foundation in Public Health, my approach is deeply informed by an understanding of cultural context and the unique nature of each individual’s experience. In our sessions, your unique identities are honored and respected. You are not just a collection of symptoms but a whole person with a story that deserves to be told and understood. With sensitivity and awareness, I integrate this understanding into our therapeutic work, and strive to ensure that your individual experiences and cultural context are acknowledged and validated. In our work together, we honor the full spectrum of your experience, allowing space for healing that emerges not from fixing but from deeply listening and integrating all parts of who you are.
