As a licensed clinical social worker, I enjoy working with those who are open to a new perspective and have a willingness to try something new. We all get stuck sometimes and need a supportive ear that is objective to the situation that we are facing. Most of the clients that I work with are balancing life’s challenges that may include a chronic illness, ADHD, depression/anxiety or mobility barriers. Patients and their families are navigating grief and loss and I am honored to be a part of patient's lives when they are in the need of immediate help. I began my career in the school setting. I provided individual and group therapy sessions for students with and without disabilities. The foundation of who I am as social worker was helping children gain emotional regulation skills, help students navigate the stress of high school and college, and gain skills to be prepared for college. I will always treasure the years that I spent in this setting.
