Trauma (PTSD), Depression and Anxiety are tied together and can reflect long-established patterns, many of which we are not entirely aware. These ingrained patterns (reactions, perceptions, beliefs) can affect our relationships and limit our ability to “get past that one thing”. Research shows that traditional talk therapy cannot always resolve experiences of our childhood. Every one of us has within the power and potential to heal ourselves and to move past our childhood to create a satisfying adulthood. You have it within yourself to learn proven, healthy coping mechanisms and healthy behaviors, that help deal with recurrent, involuntary, and intrusive memories, dreams, and flashbacks. This journey of healing has led me to people who experienced trauma, addictions, and relationship issues. I am a trained trauma and attachment therapist, specializing in counseling adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, having difficulty with transitions and infidelity (on both sides), grief, and issues of finding meaning in one's life.
