Eliza is currently enrolled in the Master's program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johnson and Wales University and has completed the coursework and hours required to enter into the final phase of her training. She joined AQAL Therapies as an intern to gain the experience required to complete the program and gain her license as an LMHCA while supporting the belief that people should be able to gain access to mental health services at an affordable cost, especially during a time with increasing demand for such services. She is interested in working with those dealing with trauma and anxiety, while being open to working with a wide range of other interests such as couples work, chronic health issues, and grief work. Working with Eliza will be a a straight fee for service. Insurance cannot be used with her at this time. Her rates are kept lower though to compensate for this ($35-$45). Rates can be adjusted based upon need. She will also be working closely with Todd Schmenk, LMHC, a clinician with over 20+ years in health services. He will be supervising her work and reviewing each case in order to ensure the quality and effectiveness that AQAL Therapies services have become known for.
