Introduction
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provide online therapy for people who live in the state of South Carolina. Online therapy allows you the flexibility to meet where you choose without the hassle of rushing to an office appointment. I believe that therapy is a collective journey in which my goal is to provide you with the tools to gain insight and self-awareness that will foster personal growth and positive change in your life. I incorporate the Humanistic Approach of psychotherapy, which focuses on the whole person and the uniqueness of each individual. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC); I am a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist (CDVS-II); I have a Certification in Advanced Grief Counseling and a Certification in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and I utilize this form of therapy with children/youth ages 10-17 years old. I have worked in the human services field for over 21 years with children and adults of diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns.
