I believe that wellness can be found when we stop fighting against our mind and body and begin to listen to the message it’s trying to tell us. We live in a culture that glorifies busyness and productivity for many, at the cost of health and well-being. By learning to slow down, to take a breath, we can create space for healing. Throughout our time on this planet, we’ve all picked up skills that are, at times, no longer effective in getting us to the place we want to be, and it’s through a holistic approach and deep mind-body connection that we can develop a new way of being in this world. As a therapist I strive to provide a space for my clients to be unapologetically, authentically themselves. I’ll walk with you in your journey toward wellness, however that looks for you, and help you find joy along the way. It’s my goal to help you develop trust in yourself and your body, so that you feel equipped to handle life’s twists and turns. Let’s strengthen your relationship with yourself and create a life that feeds your mind, body, and soul.
